Louella is a sophisticated monochromatic boucle weave created in New Zealand by combining four different yarns sourced from around the globe together. This is a weighty and dimensional yarn-dyed fabric that produces depth and dimension through its lineal structured weave. The four neutral yarn colours can blend with any interior scape adding a luxe richness through the inviting texture. The wool in the blend sourced from Australian and New Zealand fibres is combined with a small percentage of nylon and polyester to add durability and resistance to day-to-day wear. There are no chemicals added to the fabric to enhance performance or flame retardancy, wool is naturally flame retardant and does not require the use of these toxic chemicals. Added to these properties’ wool is also resistant to moisture, soiling, and compression and provides comfort in all seasons.

Care

Protect fabric from fading by ensuring furniture sits out of direct or reflected sunlight. Regularly vacuum fabric to remove dust and dirt. Rotate cushions where possible so fabric shows even wear. Wipe up spills as soon as possible with a damp cloth and for tough stains contact a specialist cleaner. Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered as a fault. Fibre pills can be removed by a battery-operated pilling tool available from most haberdashery stores.
