Victoria was Sydney's first stylist, has been a fashion editor for Vogue Australia and Cosmopolitan, and a creative director. She established The Film Business, was the founder and designer of The Russell Hotel and The Bathers Pavilion in Sydney. Grateful for the lessons learned from travelling widely she has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons). Her other books are The Bathers Pavilion Cookbook, One, Colour and Real.
