Online Shipping Information
We offer two flat shipping rates for to all states in Australia depending on the size of the order.
VIC, ACT, NSW + SA — $15 or $40
TAS + QLD — $20 or $50
WA + NT — $30 or $60
Rugs + Framed Artwork – $236.50 except Tasmania.
Please contact Jardan for a shipping quote if you would like a Rug or Art shipped to Tasmania. If Rugs or Art are on the same order as Furniture, items will be shipped together. Please note this will incur longer lead times for delivery. You will only be charged the shipping rate for Furniture.If you are ordering multiple Artworks with varying lead times, your items will be shipped together and the longest lead time will apply.
Please be mindful during these unprecedented times there may be shipping delays out of our control. We apologies for any inconvenience caused and are doing our best to have your orders shipped as soon as possible.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery times for all homewares products are 2– 5 business days from the time of order. Slight delays may occur during holiday or sale period. A dispatch confirmation email including a track and trace number will be sent once the order has been dispatched. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature, unless you provide authority to leave during checkout.
We are currently unable to ship homewares internationally from our Online Store. Please contact Jardan for a shipping quote.
Our furniture is shipped on a tiered-cost basis, and is available to most postcodes within Australia. Shipping rates start from $236.50 for the first 3 cubic metres and are charged at $55 per cubic metre thereafter.
Currently we are unable to ship furniture to the Northern Territory and Tasmania from our Online Store. For all postcodes that are not catered for on our Online Store, please contact Jardan for a shipping quote.
If you wish to make a purchase containing Furniture and/or Rugs/Arts and Homewares where the destination postcode is not catered for by our online furniture shipping calculator, please remove furniture from cart and contact Jardan for a shipping quote.
We are currently unable to ship furniture internationally from our Online Store. Please contact Jardan for a shipping quote.
Tracking Your Order
Your track and trace number and link will be provided the email sent once the order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org 7 working days of placing your order. Inspection of all furniture and lighting products is required on delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery docket presented to you by the carried for signature. Notification of any damages or shortages is required within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for any damage unless we are notified within the time period specified.
