Stella has been designed for the modern world, crafted from 70% recycled wool sourced from the clothing and other textile industries. These are put through a mechanical process that returns the textiles to fibres state where it is re-spun into yarn and manufactured into a new fabric that is sustainable and functional whilst being kind on the earth. Stella brings warmth and texture to any interior with paramount performance, timeless aesthetic and low environmental impact. The melton felted finish with a marle tonal variation gives the fabric depth and is forgiving of heavy traffic. Boasting a vast colour range from neutrals to jewel tones and pastels you will find something to compliment any design concept. Wool is a durable and resilient fibre that is resistant to moisture, soiling, and compression and is comfortable in all seasons. Stella is a versatile fabric, that provides great function and form and is perfectly suited to any application in both residential and commercial environments. Stella is tested to both AS1530.3 and AS1530.2 standards with a dual-purpose, heavy commercial rating.

Care

Do not remove cushion covers for separate cleaning or washing, even though they may have zippers. Shampoo clean using upholstery shampoo. Do not use dishwashing or laundry detergents. Do not wet filling. Do not scrub with a stiff brush. Dry in the shade away from direct heat. Allow to dry thoroughly before re-use; or Clean with a hot-water extraction machine (hot). Professional cleaning is recommended. Use only upholstery detergent. Do not wet filling. Dry in the shade away from direct heat. Allow to dry thoroughly before re-use. Spot cleaning Treat spills and stains as soon as possible. Gently scrape any soil or mop any liquid from the surface of the fabric. Apply proprietary cleaning agents strictly according to instructions to remove the residue of the spill. Do not saturate the fabric or interior with water or other cleaning liquids. May be spot cleaned with dry cleaning solvent. Annual professional cleaning is recommended. Soil resist treatments Apply only water-based soil resist (fabric protector) treatments. Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered as a fault. Fibre pills can be removed by a battery operated pilling tool available from most haberdashery stores.
