Handwoven in India by skilled artisans over nearly three months, the Merla Rug Oat is crafted using a traditional Tibetan rod-wrapping technique. Each knot is wrapped and cut by hand to create a dense pile in premium New Zealand wool. A sculptural high-low edge, inspired by tiled stonework and reimagined as a checkerboard border along the short edge, adds subtle dimension.
