Designed by the team at Milieu Creative, MinRes HQ in Osborne Park (WA) serves as an exemplary model of wellness in the workplace. It has joined less than 100 buildings globally that have succeeded in incorporating human wellness elements to such a level into a workplace design. The result is a series of spaces that are responsive to each individual – providing the user with optimal comfort. A tactile palette takes cues from the adjacent wetlands by integrating natural stones, veneers, and textured leathers which flow through each space. The result is a calming and nature-inspired colour palette that establishes a refined sense of ease.
