Gift cards can be purchased in any Jardan store. At this stage, we are unable to accept a Jardan Gift Card as payment on online orders. Gift cards are valid for a 2 year period. Gift card balances can be checked instore, either in person or by telephone. A gift card can be used across multiple purchases within the 2 year validity. No change will be given on any remaining balances.
Jardan offers an instore registry where your guests can make contributions to a gift account that allows you to select from anything in our collection up to the value, alternately the sum could be applied to an order for furniture crafted to order in the specific finishes that you select.

Design is at the core everything we do at Jardan and to ensure originality our designs are protected with design registration and certification granted by IP Australia. Timber is a natural product that will respond to its environmental conditions. We recommend you avoid extreme variation in temperature and humidity as well as contact with liquids and heat. Regularly wipe timber to remove dust and dirt. Do not leave liquid to sit on timber surfaces as it will penetrate and may cause staining. Wipe up spills immediately with a damp cloth. The tone of the timber will alter over time with exposure to UV light, please protect timber from direct or reflected sunlight. Do not use cleaners or polishes as these may cause permanent damage or colour variation to your furniture. Take care when placing or moving unglazed ceramics and other items with an irregular base finish as they may scratch the surface. Care packages specifically for timber with an oil finish are available from your nearest Jardan store. Depending on the position of the piece and the conditions within your home, we recommend treating with a nourishing oil once a year. Before you begin oiling, place a protective layer below the furniture to collect any drips and always test the oil on an inconspicuous area before applying.

Our reclaimed timber is sourced from around Australia, the species varies dependant on what is available so colour tone and markings will vary accordingly. It is not advisable to sit reclaimed timber directly on carpet or flooring that may stain as the timber may leach over time.
Vacuum fabrics on a weekly basis to remove dust, dirt and any loose feathers. Treat spills and stains as soon as possible by wiping with a damp cloth, do not treat with chemical cleaners or scrub as this can alter the fabrics appearance. We recommend contacting a specialist fabric cleaner to treat difficult stains. To prolong the life of your upholstery, we recommend annual cleaning by a specialist fabric cleaner. Direct sunlight may cause colour change and aging of your fabric, for best performance we recommend positioning your furniture out of direct UV light. Please refer to the Materials Library on our website for care information specific to your fabric.
Leather is a natural product characterised by the unique tone and individual markings that the animal has acquired during its life which may include creases and stretchmarks, scars and insect bites. Some softening and stretching of the leather is to be expected with use. Wipe leather with a clean, damp cloth on a weekly basis to remove dust and dirt particles that can work their way into the hide and abrade the surface. To refresh your leather, care packages specifically designed for aniline and finished leathers are available at your nearest Jardan store. To treat difficult stains, we recommend contacting a specialist leather cleaner who can also assist with regular treatment of the leather to nourish and prolong the life of leather upholstery.
Regularly shape and rotate loose cushions where applicable to maintain their shape and loft. Some movement may occur with loose covers as they are designed for a relaxed look and feel. It is natural that cushion fillings will settle and seat foams will soften over time. Scatter inserts can be invigorated by laying them out in the sun to air. While specialised fabrics have been selected to contain feathers in compartments, occasionally feather quills can pierce through the covers. They can be simply removed by pulling the feather
Regularly wipe metal with a damp soft cloth to remove particles which can abrade the surface with wear. Avoid contact with liquid, heat and direct sunlight. Abrasive cleaning products are not recommended.
Marble is a natural stone renowned for its unique aesthetic and character. With a honed finish and light protective coating applied, Jardan marble has a soft matt finish. Marble is naturally a porous material, making it susceptible to staining as it has an increased absorbency. It is essential that no liquids are left to sit on marble as they will penetrate the stone and cause staining. Wipe up spills immediately with a damp cloth. Clean regularly with warm soapy water, using a small amount of crème cleaner with a soft sponge or cloth for stubborn stains. Acidic liquids (orange juice, wine etc) should be avoided as they react with marble and can deteriorate the finish.
Our brass products are finished with a clear coat of lacquer to prevent tarnishing. Gently wipe clean with a soft cloth on a regular basis to remove dust and dirt particles Use Spray and Wipe or Windex to remove any difficult marks or stains.
Regularly wipe glass and mirrored surfaces with a clean lint free cloth. Windex can be used to remove any difficult marks or stains.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 2017. When purchasing from Jardan your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. Please note that all international order will be processed in Australian dollars and we only accept Visa, Mastercard and China Union Pay.

Inspection of all furniture and lighting products is required on delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery docket presented to you by the carried for signature. Notification of any damages or shortages is required within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for any damage unless we are notified within the time period specified.
Jardan will accept returns for all full priced homewares items (excluding art) purchased from our online store if returned within 14 days of originally receiving your order. We will only accept returns for products in their original condition with tags attached, accompanied with the receipt, Online Store Returns Form completed and all original packaging. We will not accept returns for goods that have been used or washed. Goods will be inspected upon return and refunds processed if they meet the above criteria. Refunds and exchanges will be issued for the original value of the product only — excluding the shipping cost. We do not offer returns for artwork or sale items if you change your mind or make a wrong decision so please choose carefully. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before being dispatched. An order confirmation will be forwarded to you in acknowledgement of receipt of your order. This document superseded all prior correspondence in relation to your order (verbal, written, graphic or otherwise). We will proceed with your order, as per your order confirmation, unless we receive written notification of any requested changes with 24 hours.
Each and every Jardan furniture piece is handcrafted to the specific size and finishes you have selected so whether or not an order can be changed depends on how far it has progressed in production. Once your order has been confirmed and proceeded to production, any request for changes must be sent in writing. We will do our best to assist to help but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Variations agreed to by Jardan will incur additional costs.
Once your order has been confirmed any cancellation request must be sent in writing. As each furniture piece is handcrafted to your specific fabric and finish choices, cancellation will incur charges which vary dependant on the status of production and how far the order has progressed.
Once your order has been received and has progressed into production, our team will advise an estimated completion date by email. Please contact your sales consultant for current lead times, these can vary through the course of the year with peaks in demand.
Payment for furniture orders is split across 2 payments, a deposit of 40% by way of confirmation with the balance payable on prior to final dispatch. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance due prior to release of the goods. Goods remain the property of Jardan until full payment has been received. Jardan does not offer layby.
Each Jardan store houses a team on specialist consultants who are on hand if you have any questions. If you need a little more help, At Home with Jardan is our in-house design service. Working either from your plans or visiting your home (within 30 minutes drive of a Jardan store), our team will assess the physical space and talk to you about your lifestyle and your personal aesthetic, we will then bring together a detailed presentation of a scheme including furniture, finishes and accessories from within the Jardan collection. We strive to offer full delivery service, including assembly, placement of any Jardan furniture items and removal of rubbish. This service is available in all Australian capital cities. Australian regional or remote areas and some international locations are the unfortunate exception, full assembly instructions are provided with your order
Modifications to products outside the standard specifications may be possible. All requests for modifications must be submitted in writing and are subject to Jardan’s approval. Additional lead time and surcharge will apply.

Delivery costs for furniture orders will be itemised on your quotation.
Delivery times will be arranged with you once the final payment is received for the completed order. The freight charge covers a single delivery at ground level, easy access during normal weekday delivery hours. We do ask that someone is onsite to check and sign for all furniture deliveries. Our team will be in touch to book a delivery window and can confirm half an hour prior to arrival. If you are unable to accept delivery within 7 days of receiving notification of completion, the invoice must be paid in full and storage charges will apply.
